Meadowood Napa Valley takes pride in our support of nonprofit organizations and schools both locally and across the country. Please Note Our Current 2012 Donation Policies: Donated room nights are offered EXCLUSIVELY for LIVE AUCTIONS. We will no longer be offering room nights to Silent Auctions. As a general rule, room nights are offered to organizations hosting events OUTSIDE the Napa Valley. All donated room nights are available Sunday through Thursday nights only and are not available during the months of September and October. We do not guarantee specific room types for donated room nights. Our standard donation of room nights is two nights for one couple. Exceptions to this include Live Auctions that will feature Meadowood along with other Napa Valley partners (such as restaurants and wineries), transportation (such as private jet), etc??? We do not donate dinner in The Restaurant at Meadowood.
We require that all donation requests come to us A MINIMUM OF SIXTY (60) DAYS IN ADVANCE of an event. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.
